I’m Hannah Joy Lehman, a visual artist based in Durham, NC. I’ve been making art as long as I can remember, with watercolor becoming the first medium I fell in love with. I am inspired by nature, finding myself most compelled to capture the delicate intricacies of flowers. Yet the minutiae of day-to-day life fuels my practice further into the abstract realm, as well, where I use the natural flow of materials to experiment with color play and composition.
